Repentance

Man’s whole relationship with God centers around the words “I’m sorry”, i.e. , coming to the revelation of who God is, acknowledging him and confessing our sins (Romans 10:10) (2 Peter 3:9).  To repent means to turn away from sin.  Many of us were never happy when sin controlled our lives but, may not have understood why. When you repent you position yourself to receive God’s message of love, redemption and salvation. When you find favor with God you are empowered to shine as a light in the world (Acts 1:8) and live life with contentment.  Be careful not to let your light go dark.  Hold on to your power.
